Blurr is a illusion. His attacks are lightning fast "Blurr" is a nick name that he got from fighting. His attacks are incredibly fast, calculated, and powerful. When he fights he is seen within a blurred image. He does not know his name. He does not know his family. He does NOT know himself. He is a manipulator. He is extremely quiet and only speaks when spoken to. He has three forms, human, casual, and true. He is taller in stature. When he changes forms a blinding light is emitted from his body. His powers consist of energy manipulation, blood manupulation, gavity manipulation, elemental manipulation, and mind manipulation. He is extremely loyal, but to gain his trust is a feat of its own. This man is one of the last few of his kind.
